Sorry even if times are difficult you shouldn't pay almost 8 € for 2 cokes 0.3. Is not understandable for me. No star restaurant and no cola in glasses with gold rims. I'm glad I didn't eat anything there. Bad

Wow! What a beautiful restaurant and the direct location on the Wupper is a dream. We had a very nice time at Landhaus Ferres. We sat outside in the beer garden at lunchtime with 6 people and the service was first class. The waitresses were super friendly and the food was delicious. Our glasses were never empty. The price / performance ratio was good, therefore 5 stars. We're looking forward to next time.

Ambience was great, it was the same with the first owner and also with the Greek, who was there before. The menu is clear, but the prices are okay. Our choice a lot on a dish of the day. Meatballs with potato salad. Very good, very plentiful. Just a little salt and it went perfectly. Price for the dish of the day was then again more than okay at € 9.80. The waitress was super nice and knew all the essentials. Something goes wrong anyway and then this stupid way that only one person comes to account. It's totally old school, because the meal was recorded with funk again. I'm curious how long Ferres will be here.

The fact that Herbert and his wife and family / friends have tackled the gastronomic risk deserves great praise. The menu is small, but completely ok, something for everyone. The wines are also well chosen, as a wine enthusiast I am taken care of. The location is beautiful, more nature is hardly possible, it is peaceful and quiet there on the Wupper. There were five of us and we really had problems finding what we wanted! In terms of taste, the food was ok, but that's it. Unfortunately we have to complain about the service, everything seemed haphazard despite the fact that the young waitress tried very nicely. It took a long time for someone to notice our empty glasses. Due to the furniture (table wobbles uncomfortably, chairs are uncomfortable and seem sagged?), The ambience has something musty, gloomy and in the toilet you can hardly turn around. It's a shame, we would have liked to have come more often.
